Valimo Park is a modern rental office building located next to excellent transportation connections in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. In addition to rental offices, services include a lunch restaurant, lobby services, laundry, auditorium, meeting rooms of different sizes, car wash etc.
The parking garage in Valimo Park is in two separate levels both having their own entrances, respectively. Both entrances have Portier parking guidance displays indicating the availability of parking spaces in that specific level. Inside of the garage it easy to find a place to park, our Portier space specific parking sensors indicate with green or red LEDs if the space is available, calculating simultaneously the number of free spaces in the floor. Driving straight to the free parking space – a day at the office could not have a smoother start.
All the Portier parking guidance products (LED displays and parking sensors) are connected into our cloud based Portier HOST parking guidance platform. This unique platform gives the operator a single dashboard view into the whole system. The operator can see the status of the parking spaces, get reports from the system or program displays and sensors as well.
